Job Summary

We’re seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Data Scientist to join our Data Science & Machine Learning team. In this role, you’ll develop models, conduct experiments, and deliver data-driven insights that inform product, strategy, and business decisions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and work on a variety of domains—from experimentation and forecasting to machine learning systems at scale.
This position is ideal for those passionate about unlocking the value of data, with opportunities to grow from hands-on modeling to strategic leadership and AI/ML vision-setting.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to extract actionable insights.
  • Design, build, and validate statistical and machine learning models.
  • Conduct experiments (A/B tests, causal inference, etc.) and interpret results.
  • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and product to build data-driven solutions.
  • Translate business challenges into data science questions and measurable impact.
  • Deploy, monitor, and iterate on models in production environments.
  • Develop tools, frameworks, and reusable assets to scale data science impact.

Experience Levels Accepted

We are hiring across all experience levels:

Seniority Level Years of Experience Expected Focus & Contribution
Junior ~1–3 Build and validate models, support experimentation, and collaborate closely with guidance.
Mid ~2–5 Own end-to-end data science projects, run experiments, and deploy models of moderate complexity.
Senior ~5–8 Lead major data science initiatives, develop scalable ML solutions, and mentor junior team members.
Staff ~8–12 Architect advanced DS/ML systems, establish standards, and drive cross-team alignment.
Sr. Staff ~12–18 Define organization-wide data science direction, lead high-impact projects, and advance applied ML strategy.
Principal 20+ Set long-term DS/ML vision, guide enterprise-level innovation, and influence strategic decision-making across the organization.

Note: Final title, compensation, and scope of responsibilities will be aligned with the candidate’s experience level and capabilities.
