Job Summary

We’re looking for a versatile and impact-driven BI & Data Analyst to join our analytics and business intelligence team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into accessible, actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and deep analysis. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, business, and operations teams to define metrics, build data models, visualize information, and support decision-making at every level.

This role blends technical BI development with strategic data analysis—ideal for someone who’s as comfortable building a dashboard as they are uncovering key business trends through data exploration. You’ll have opportunities to grow from technical execution to leading analytics strategy and BI architecture.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and key metric tracking tools.
  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Develop and optimize semantic data models and BI datasets to power analytics and reporting.
  • Write SQL queries and use BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to answer complex business questions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, scope problems, and translate them into data solutions.
  • Support experimentation and A/B testing through statistical analysis and interpretation.
  • Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and performance across BI and analytics platforms.
  • Promote self-service analytics through training, scalable data models, and accessible tooling.

Experience Levels Accepted

We are hiring across all experience levels:

Junior ~1–3 Build standard dashboards, maintain reports, and perform guided analytical tasks.
Mid ~2–5 Own BI and analytics projects, optimize data models, and develop tools that empower stakeholders.
Senior ~5–8 Lead BI and analytics initiatives, advise on experimentation and metrics, and mentor team members.
Staff ~8–12 Architect scalable BI systems, define KPI frameworks, and drive high-impact executive reporting.
Sr. Staff ~12–18 Shape organization-wide analytics strategy, design BI architecture, and lead cross-functional data initiatives.
Principal 20+ Set long-term analytics and BI vision, steer enterprise data strategy, and influence executive decision-making.

Note: Final title, compensation, and scope of responsibilities will be aligned with the candidate’s experience level and capabilities.
