Job Summary

We’re looking for a curious and impact-driven Data Analyst to join our analytics team. In this role, you’ll turn raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the company. You’ll work closely with business, product, and engineering teams to define metrics, analyze trends, and surface key findings that influence direction and outcomes.
This position is ideal for those passionate about using data to tell compelling stories and drive business impact, with opportunities to grow from individual analysis to strategic leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate business insights.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and key metric tracking tools.
  • Write SQL and use BI tools to answer complex business questions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope problems and design analyses.
  • Contribute to experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical analysis.
  • Help define and enforce best practices around data accuracy, documentation, and accessibility.

Experience Levels Accepted

We are hiring across all experience levels, from Intern to Head of Analytics:

Seniority Level Years of Experience Expected Focus & Contribution
Intern 0–1 years Support data cleaning and reporting tasks while learning business context and best practices.
Junior 1–3 years Build standard reports and dashboards; perform ad hoc analyses with guidance.
Mid-Level 2–5 years Own analysis projects, perform statistical evaluations, and develop stakeholder-facing tools.
Senior 4–7 years Lead analytics initiatives, advise on experimentation, mentor peers, and standardize metrics.
Lead 7–10 years Drive domain analytics strategy, align business KPIs, and present insights to executive teams.
Staff 10–15 years Set analytics vision, enforce best practices, and integrate predictive modeling across domains.
Head of Analytics 15+ years Define analytics org structure and goals; align data strategy with business growth and operations.

Note: Final title, compensation, and scope of responsibilities will be aligned with the candidate’s experience level and capabilities.
