Job Summary
We’re looking for a versatile and motivated BI Developer / BI Engineer to join our business intelligence and data team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and building robust BI solutions—dashboards, reports, data models, and integrations—that empower analytics, business operations, and strategic decision-making across the company. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to transform raw data into accessible, actionable insights that fuel data-driven growth.
This position is ideal for those passionate about crafting intuitive data experiences, with opportunities to grow from technical execution to BI architecture and strategic leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
- Develop and optimize semantic data models and BI datasets.
- Integrate and visualize data from internal databases and external APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across BI platforms.
- Promote self-service BI through training, documentation, and scalable data solutions.

We are hiring across all experience levels, from Intern to Head of BI:

| Head of BI | 15+ years | Drive vision and strategy, align BI efforts with business impact. |
