Job Summary

We’re looking for a mission-driven and skilled Security Engineer to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you’ll help protect the organization’s digital infrastructure, applications, and data from evolving threats. You’ll work closely with IT, engineering, DevOps, and compliance teams to implement security controls, monitor threats, and enforce best practices.

This position is ideal for those passionate about cybersecurity, with opportunities to grow from tactical implementation to strategic security leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor, detect, and respond to threats using SIEM, EDR, and logging tools.
  • Implement and maintain endpoint protection, IAM, and network security controls.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation efforts.
  • Automate security tasks and support secure CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering and IT to ensure secure infrastructure and applications.
  • Help shape security policy, architecture, and compliance initiatives.

Experience Levels Accepted

We are hiring across all experience levels, from Intern to Head of Security:

Seniority Level Years of Experience Expected Focus & Contribution
Intern 0–1 years Assist in basic security operations and monitoring while learning tools and best practices.
Junior 1–3 years Contribute to incident detection, endpoint security, and basic security automation.
Mid-Level 2–5 years Own security tooling operations, lead vulnerability management, and perform threat hunting.
Senior 4–8 years Design secure systems, lead incident response, and drive application security initiatives.
Lead 7–12 years Architect enterprise-wide security systems, implement zero-trust, and lead secure design reviews.
Staff 10–15 years Define long-term security strategy, lead advanced threat detection efforts, and guide team maturity.
Head of Security 15+ years Own org-wide cybersecurity vision, governance, and leadership; align security with business goals.

Note: Final title, compensation, and scope of responsibilities will be aligned with the candidate’s experience level and capabilities.
