Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled and driven AI Engineer to join our artificial intelligence and machine learning team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent systems that drive automation, analytics, and decision-making across the company. You’ll collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to bring machine learning models into production and shape our AI capabilities.
This position is ideal for individuals passionate about building and scaling real-world AI applications, with opportunities to grow from hands-on experimentation to high-level architecture and leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Build and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
- Design scalable AI pipelines for training, inference, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate AI into customer-facing and internal tools.
- Monitor model performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement retraining strategies.
- Contribute to the evolution of our AI platform, frameworks, and operational tools.
- Uphold standards for responsible AI development, including fairness, interpretability, and governance.

We are hiring across all experience levels, from Intern to Head of AI:

| Staff | 10–15 years | Define AI roadmap, lead innovation in GenAI or LLMs, and influence company-wide AI initiatives. |
| Head of AI | 15+ years | Set AI vision and org structure; align research, engineering, and product strategy with business goals. |
Note: Final title, compensation, and scope of responsibilities will be aligned with the candidate’s experience level and capabilities.
