Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled and driven ML/AI Engineer to join our artificial intelligence and machine learning team. In this role, you’ll design, develop, deploy, and maintain intelligent systems that power automation, personalization, and decision-making across products and internal platforms.
You’ll work cross-functionally with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to bring machine learning models and AI capabilities into production, solving real-world problems through scalable, efficient solutions. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about building machine learning systems end-to-end—from data preparation to deployment—and advancing cutting-edge AI tools responsibly.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for use cases such as predictive analytics, NLP, recommendation systems, and computer vision.
- Build and maintain scalable ML/AI pipelines for training, inference, monitoring, and retraining.
- Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams to integrate AI into customer-facing products and internal tools.
- Contribute to the evolution of our ML/AI platforms, infrastructure, and MLOps practices.
- Monitor model behavior in production, implement A/B testing, and ensure model reliability and governance.
- Uphold responsible AI standards around fairness, interpretability, and security.

Note: Final title, compensation, and scope of responsibilities will be aligned with the candidate’s experience level and capabilities.
