Job Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our project management team. In this role, you’ll lead initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, mitigate risks, and communicate with stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
This position is ideal for individuals passionate about driving execution, improving operational efficiency, and aligning work with strategic business goals. You’ll have the opportunity to grow from supporting smaller efforts to leading complex, high-impact programs and influencing organization-wide project practices.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute projects acrossDepartments and teams.
  • Develop and manage timelines, resources, budgets, and risks.
  • Facilitate team communication, stakeholder updates, and decision-making.
  • Track project progress and adapt plans based on evolving priorities.
  • Conduct retrospectives, extract insights, and improve future workflows.
  • Establish and evolve best practices, templates, and frameworks for delivery.

Experience Levels Accepted

We are hiring across all experience levels, from Intern to Head of Projects:

Seniority Level Years of Experience Expected Focus & Contribution
Project Manager 1–5 years Manages end-to-end delivery of small to medium projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and stakeholder coordination.
Senior Project Manager 5–10 years Leads large or high-impact projects, drives cross-functional execution, and mentors junior project managers.
Lead Project Manager 10–15 years Oversees complex programs or portfolios, aligns project outcomes with strategic goals, and drives process excellence.
Head of Projects 15+ years Defines project delivery strategy at the organizational level, leads PMO or project teams, and ensures enterprise-wide alignment and execution.

Note: Final title, compensation, and scope of responsibilities will be aligned with the candidate’s experience level and capabilities.
